Very intimidating! Especially if you didn’t grow up around entrepreneurs. I remember being paralyzed  with information overload when I was trying to decide on a business structure for one of my first projects. iPhone to the rescue! Actually its the makers Starter Cards App to the rescue. The developers over there have created an application that takes the guesswork out starting a company. The app contains mini deck of 15 slide cards that detail each step in the process. The app is based on a 52 printed card deck that gives more details. The iPhone app is streamlined but offers the the right amount of information would-be entrepreneurs need to help them through this potentially overwhelming process. And it’s priced to move at only .99 cents.
