I'm with JenniRae. I'm STILL waiting on three of one particular item to be shipped. The item's been out of stock for a month! It's ridiculous. When I inquire about the item, I get: "The items will be in stock this week. We will schedule to ship this week." Yes, I have received the same response for a month now. I can't build a decent customer base on an unreliable company like this one. As soon as I receive those items (whenever that will be), I'm out. I'll move on to something more reliable and make up for my lost money from starting up my Shure Pets business that way.
There was another time when I had added on to an order that hadn't shipped out yet since a customer sent me their order later than when I was originally putting in a submission. Instead of simply adding to the original order, they created a new one and charged for shipping for both orders. A week and a half later (after e-mailing about it), my orders supposedly had been shipped. When I received it, it was just the first order! Not the second one. It took another 1 1/2 weeks of inquiring to get the second order to finally ship. More ridiculous-ness.
I liked the idea of becoming a pet consultant, but honestly, with the high start-up price, shipping, and low 25-percent commission rate, it isn't worth the hassle. There's a lack of communication within the company, and as JenniRae mentioned, items always seem to be on back-order.
If you ever e-mail in your orders, and then later inquire about the orders, they always ask for an order number, which you've never received. Shouldn't they just have it available to them in their computer's system, or do they write everything on paper dinner napkins instead?

Oh, and their websites are always inaccurate. Constant misspelled words (who would want to purchase items from a company that doesn't demonstrate at least half-decent English?) and some of the items listed are no longer available since they never update things.
Oh, and speaking of the website, it costs something like $50-80 annually to have the online storefront. ANNUALLY. What a rip-off.

Yes i to purchased the website and thought i would make money, but all they where doing was taking my money. I am a single mom of four kids who yes need the extra money. I bought the silver super store and wanted the life time hostesing for a total of 500 hundred dollars more once the total was paid they charged my credit card another 239.00 two day later, and said that i didnt pay the total 500 hundred……
I sent in proof of payment bank statements,and they had the nerve to cancel my account saying that if a refund is given the account will be canceled….. To make a long story short i still am waiting for the money back the bank did give me the 239.00 back but ispeedway changed the number and told me that the person who help me no longer work there… IS INTERNETSPEEDWAY A SCAM HELL YES TEN TIMES YES DONT BUY IT OR BELEVE THE HYPE. IM STILL WORKING ON GET MY MONEY BACK 2000,00 I DONT HAVE TO GIVE AWAY I WANT IT ALL BACK…………..MS DAPHNE

I was a pet consult for 3 months and had nothing but trouble with the company. My orders were not sent out when they said they would be, and I'm still waiting for reimbursement from an order placed in March 2011. A couple of my clients did not receive their orders, and I had to pay them and now waiting for months (order place in April) to be repaid, then they are not sending the correct payment. No one at the office answers emails, unless you get mean about it and that's not what I want to do. I was so excited about this experience and have wasted so much time and money on this company. Their products are wonderful, but most of the items are on back order all time. It's not worth the headache of worrying about taking people's money and ensuring their product will get to them in a timely manner. Not to mention the shipping is outrageous!! order of $50-$74.99 are $10.50, just to give you an idea, and 25% of what you sell isn't a whole lot. People don't order as much when they see the shipping.

Hey…do you know Jimmy D.? He claims he's an internet marketing guru. He just ripped me off for $6,200. I met him through Mia D. who does Numis and claimed he builds internet marketing funnels for people. He led me on for months, took my money, and never delivered a damn thing. He's a con. Tell everyone you know to beware of the scam. Now, I have to take him to court to attempt and get my money back.
